A faction specific card that hoses its own faction. It doesn't specify a target card, so it can't be redirected by Brain Fire, et al. It's cheap. It can be used against Monarch events, states, everything. Molten Heart in play? Oops, not anymore, brother. Since more Monarch decks are appearing locally, this will be finding its way into my decks more often.
Cancel those annoying Monarch Events. Get rid of the Edges (Blanket of Darkness, Molten Heart). Blow up your brother's Pagodas. Smoke your sister's Ice tiger. Heck, smoke her while you're at it. If you need advice on how to use this card... Okay, use it to smoke the most annoying Monarch card you can find, and the power spent will be worth it.
Low cost way to take out any Monarch card. Bye Bye Fire King... Not targetted, so can't be redirected normally. Available in any turn.
You have to have some Monarch resources, meaning it can be used against you. Much like in any family, will probably make the other Monarch players want to beat up on you.
