Ray Clouse,     "Come and Get You!"             Architects
Quite the mix this time, with a good showing from Dragons, Architects, and Lotus. Seating for round 1 again random, adjusted so that folks who normally play together don't, and scoring at all tables as if they were all 4-player games.

Round 1

Round 1 saw Matt win quickly at table 3, followed by Victor pummeling his opponents into submission (two players had Destroyers in play, alternately popping out of smoked piles!). Table 1 timed out; Steve's Thing w/1000 Tongues went to work for Jeff's Lodge; his follow-up with the Evil Twin not fast enough, leaving Jeff the win on the tie-breaker. Scores after round 1:
Jeff (1) - 6 Victor (1) - 9   Matt   (1) - 9
Ray      - 5 Tim M.     - 5.5 Mike N.    - 6
Steve M. - 3 Jason      - 5.5 Keegan     - 3
Stefan   - 2

Round 2

Round 2 sat by score, putting the winners and Mike together at the four-player table. Tim quickly (really quickly) crushed Ray and Jason at table 2; they all took a break while the rest of us slogged on. I managed to get the win at table 1 after borrowing Keegan's $10K man and Robot Arm, but table 1 again timed out, this time leaving Mike in the winner's seat on the tie-break. Scores after round 2:
Mike N. (1) - 13   Tim M. (1) - 14.5 Stefan (1) - 11
Victor  (1) - 13.5 Jason      - 10   Keegan     - 8.5
Jeff    (1) - 11.5 Ray        - 9.5  Steve M.   - 8.5
Matt    (1) - 11

Round 3

Again seating by score left the big boy's table almost intact (swap Matt for Tim and replay). At table 3 Ray powered his way to victory, his Architects stronger than Keegan's. Table 2 saw Matt get a very slow start but recover eventually, however the game going so slowly that it timed out just after Jason took one of Matt's sites, giving Jason the win on the tie-break. Table 1 saw Jeff get the win cleanly, finally proving that not all 4-player games had to time out today. Scores after round 3:
Jeff    (2) - 20.5 Jason  (1) - 17 Ray     (1) - 18.5
Mike N. (1) - 19   Stefan (1) - 17 Keegan      - 13.5
Tim M.  (1) - 18   Matt   (1) - 15 Steve M.    - 11.5
Victor  (1) - 17

Final

>From which you can see that it was an odd day, with almost everyone winning a game. If Table 2 hadn't timed out, there would have also been a semi-final. Oh well. Final round saw Jeff, Mike N., Tim M., and Ray go at it with no time limit. I was busy playing games for fun so I didn't see if anything spectacular happened, but Tim had to leave about 1 hr into the game, letting Mike take control of the resulting 3-player game and get the win! congratulations to Mike! Final standings:
Mike N. - 1st
Jeff    - 2nd
Ray     - 3rd
Tim M.  - 4th
