Notes

Arthur won FPF 11 with his favourite Eunuch deck but this deck, which won FPF 18, is a new venture. It does however resemble the deck which very nearly won FPF 16 - Nithyan's "Blightman's Jewellery". These decks combine the powerful offensive capabilities of the Architects with the protective states of the Four Monarchs and their magic. The Amulet of the Turtle has been very popular lately - it's very nasty in combination with Spirit Pole.
The deck is named for Dr. April Mucosa. Perhaps the deck should contain some Killing Rain to make it even more appropriate.
