Notes

The theme of this deck is that all characters cost 1, have a fighting score of 1, and have no resource requirements. Therefore, you never have to discard a character because of a high cost or insufficient resources. If you have power, you can play a character. Before you know know it, you'll be controlling lots of characters. "But they're just 1/1 characters. Big Deal." Just you wait. They're inflatable:

Play the event Superior Technology and you'll double the damage of all characters. Play the event Last Outpost and they'll all have toughness 1. Play the edge Arcanowave Reinforcer and you'll have all characters with damage 2 that cost 1. Turn Police Station to pump up a PubOrd Officer to a fighting score of 3. Add Explosives to any character and you can smoke many sites. Smoke most sites when combined with other events. If everybody has spiffier characters in play than you do, play Final Brawl. What the heck, your characters are cheap!

Don't forget that when you have a Horde attacking a site, there must be one interceptor for each attacker. You will almost certainly have the most characters, so somebody will most likely get through.

This deck is is nearly immune to the most irritating edges and events. Edges like Hill of the Turtle aren't too disastrous becuase smoking a tech character isn't such a big deal since they all only cost one power anyway. Worst case, you could keep a Test Subjects in play to smoke in place of the Arcanowave Reinforcer. It is also resistant to Covert Operation since there is such a horde that no one card is crucial.
